Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using MindBloom, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What MindBloom is

MindBloom is a personal growth companion. It helps you record daily check-ins, track habits and career goals, and browse guided content, and it uses that recorded activity to generate reflections, encouragement, and recommendations — some of them written with the help of an AI language model.

3. Not medical or professional advice

MindBloom is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Reflections and recommendations are based solely on what you record in the app and are not a clinical assessment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.

4. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be old enough to consent to use of this kind of service in your jurisdiction.

5. Your content

You own the check-in data, goals, notes, and other content you create in MindBloom. You grant MindBloom permission to process that content in order to operate the app — for example, to compute your behaviour profile or generate an AI reflection — as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI-generated content

Some text you see in MindBloom (coaching reflections, weekly and monthly summaries) is generated by an AI model based on your recorded data. It’s intended to be reflective and encouraging, not prescriptive, and it may occasionally be imprecise. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

7. Service availability and changes

MindBloom is provided “as is”. We may add, change, or remove features, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindBloom and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to the address provided in the app or on the website you signed up through.

This document is a general-purpose summary of terms for a personal wellbeing app and has not been reviewed by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it for a public launch.
