Who is MindBloom for?

Anyone who wants to build better routines, understand their own wellbeing, and grow at their own pace. No particular experience or goal is required to get started.

What areas of life does MindBloom currently support?

Wellbeing and Career are available now. Relationships and Finance are planned for future releases.

Is MindBloom a medical, counselling or mental health service?

No. MindBloom supports personal growth, wellbeing and productivity. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency support. If you need urgent help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.

Closed Beta

What does Closed Beta mean?

MindBloom is currently being tested by a limited group of users before a wider release. Your experience and feedback help shape the product before it becomes generally available.

Does Closed Beta access cost anything?

No. Access is complimentary for as long as the Closed Beta runs, and no payment method is required to join.

Which features can beta testers use?

Beta testers have full access to every feature currently available, including daily check-ins, AI guidance, Journey, Wellbeing, Career, Navigator, and Library.

Will features change during the beta?

Yes. Features may be added, adjusted, or refined based on feedback and continued development.

How will feedback be used?

Feedback directly shapes future releases and helps decide what gets built next.

Will beta users automatically be charged later?

No. You will not be automatically charged. Any future paid offering will require your clear consent first.

Closed Beta Access is available now at no cost. Pro and Professional are planned for the future, and Enterprise is available by contacting us directly.

How does MindBloom use AI?

MindBloom uses AI to help write reflections and suggest one relevant next step, based on what you’ve recorded.

Does AI make decisions for me?

No. AI provides guidance, not decisions — you remain in control of what you do next.

Why might recommendations change?

Recommendations are based on your most recent check-ins, so they naturally shift as your circumstances change.

What should I do if a recommendation does not feel relevant?

You’re free to set it aside. Recommendations are suggestions, not requirements, and your judgement comes first.

Privacy and Data

What information does MindBloom store?

Your account details, daily check-ins, habits, career goals and skills, and any toolkit or library activity you record.

Who can see my information?

Only you, and — for administrative purposes — authorised MindBloom administrators. Access is protected by row-level security.

Is my data sold?

No. MindBloom does not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.

Can I delete my account or request support?

Yes. You can request account deletion or any privacy-related support by contacting us.

Using MindBloom

How often should I complete a check-in?

Once a day works well for most people, though there’s no fixed schedule — check in whenever it’s useful for you.

What happens after a check-in?

MindBloom reflects your check-in back to you and offers one relevant recommendation based on what you shared.

Why do I see a first recommendation before providing much data?

Your very first recommendation is based on the life area you chose during onboarding, so you have something useful to start with right away.

Can I use MindBloom on a mobile phone?

Yes. MindBloom works in any modern mobile browser and can also be added to your home screen.

What should I do if something does not work?

Please contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.
